Timely on-site inspections, while our director also hold's a current NSW Builders License we understand the construction process in depth, which makes our site inspections second nature.
OC - Occupation Certificate

Swimming Pool Compliance
Swimming Pool & Spa Inspections & Certificates of compliance. NSW Pool Compliance need to be renewed every 3 years and/or upon each property sale.
